Shaun Price is an executive technology advisor with more than four decades of experience across operational technology, enterprise IT, cybersecurity, AI and enterprise architecture.
He has led and architected major programs in banking, utilities, transport and government, including core banking modernisation, large-scale cyber uplift and OT/IT convergence. His work emphasises clarity, pattern recognition and practical execution paths for complex, multi-dimensional problems.

Role: Pilot-phase technology architect → program cyber architecture lead → enterprise architect for cybersecurity (in-house). Scope: $1.5B+ program
Designed the overall technology architecture for the whole platform during the pilot phase. As the program scaled, took on the cyber architecture lead role across channels, middleware and infrastructure. After moving in-house to the bank as enterprise architect for cybersecurity, developed the security architecture approach now recognised as Zero Trust — a pattern later re-used globally.
